1847 Barrel 88 Cabernet Sauvignon

The Pappy’s Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Barossa red wine, displaying intense eucalyptus and cedar on the nose. The palate is rich and mouth filling with ripe sweet fruit, predominantly blackcurrant, mint and herbal notes. The tannins are fine and velvety, combined with the cedar oak provide texture and great length. With good cellaring conditions this wine will age gracefully for the next ten years.
