MASSÉ BRUT

This Champagne has a high proportion of Chardonnay giving a slightly honeyed toastiness to the firm flavours, with very fresh citrus, crisp apple acidity and some pithy element on the nose.

With time it developed some biscuity, yeasty notes, and hints of green pear and dry peach. A soft mousse. Good creamy texture, rich fruit, citrus acidity.
